The Darling Coffee Shop That Just Opened In Pawtucket, Rhode Island

the other day at Hazel Origin Coffee in Pawtucket, Rhode Island

This stylish coffee house opened their doors only a few weeks ago and locals are already super-fanning over it.

And it checks all the boxes — it’s family run, they specialize in organic GREEN COFFEE (they import it from small farms in South & Central America…their tagline is “sustainability and authenticity in every sip” and they walk that talk), and they bake in house which means everything’s incredibly FRESH.

The hubs and I were there the other day and this Esten Avenue cafe has a lot of style without being cold or snooty. It manages to successfully combine big city ambiance and aesthetics with small town hospitality.

Grab a hot latte or a (cold) Vietnamese Shaken Espresso and plant yourself in their reading nook area which features actual books and some pretty comfy couch and wingback chair seating.

In addition, there are also tables if you need a spot for your next businesses meet-up.

We sampled their blueberry cream cheese loaf, chocolate chip cookies and the Italian egg danish and we’re talking some of the most delectable treats in Rhode Island. My personal favorite was the blueberry cake (get it HEATED), but honestly, everything was so tasty.

I hear they have salads, bagels and toasts, too, but on a chilly, rainy Saturday afternoon I was more in the mood for comfort food.

You can also buy some coffee (again, it’s organic and sourced from small growers which I LOVE ❤️ ) to take home and brew up at home.

And psssssst — they’re opening in PROVIDENCE soon.

Find Hazel Origin Coffee at 245 Esten Avenue in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
