Lunch At This Bristol Restaurant Feels Just Like A Fantastic Beach Vacation

See this content in the original post

I’ve driven by The Beach House in Bristol on my way to somewhere else at least a gazillion times, but had absolutely no idea they had such a magnificent deck and patio overlooking the water. Tbh, I should have visited this dreamy eaterie (open since 2018) on Hope Street a lot sooner.

Well, we (finally) stopped for lunch and gotta say, I could have happily planted myself on the deck for the entire afternoon. It just felt like an honest to goodness out-of-office-auto-email-reply-on VACATION. And if I may be so bold, it almost feels as though you are kicking back in a casual restaurant in Malibu (think Malibu Farm Pier Cafe) or something. There’s even a palm tree 🌴 or two on the perimeter of the property.

Also, with the movie star sightings ramping up around the Ocean State, you never know WHO you might spot while you’re out and about these days!

From the views and decor (see my photo diary below) to the incredible service (our wait person was attentive and friendly) and delish food and drink (LOVE that they have 2 different kinds of cauliflower appetizers, if you eat plant based, you know how challenging it can be to find meat-free options), we would definitely go back on the next sunny or even partly sunny day this month.

Whether you’re looking for a gorgeous spot for an out-of-doors catch-up lunch with your bestie or you want to enjoy a few cocktails and small plates with your significant other, you will want to bookmark this gorgeous establishment for the near future.

Reservations are highly recommended, just so you can be sure you’ll get seated. They are quite popular and you won’t wanna drive over and then end up disappointed.

Find The Beach House at 805 Hope Street in Bristol.
