Quick Pic Of The Deck After Everyone Had Started Making Their Way Upstairs For The Dinner

Everyone I’ve talked to in the last 48 hours has a story about Finn’s Harborside.

A high school bestie of one of my brothers met his wife there (back when it was just Harborside).

Also, just found out that it was a go-to of one of my newer friends back in the early aughts. (She was my plus one for the event on Wednesday nite too, by the way.)

Yesterday, I was there for the 10th anniversary celebration of it being FINN’S Harborside (family owned and operated for a decade) in EG, and it was one of those gorgeous sunny and 70’s May days in Rhode Island when you’re entirely grateful to be living in the Ocean State.

Anywho, the festivities kicked off on the back deck overlooking the water and we were treated to mini cups of chowder topped with clam cakes, stuffies, and lobster mac and cheese.

I mean, who doesn’t LOVE those?

So, perfect weather, being on the water, and scrumptious bites and drinkies from the bar: I would have been happy with all THAT, but that was only part one.

Part two was a fab sit down meal upstairs in their event space with a few words from gm Connor Finn.

They really rolled out the red carpet with plate after plate of calamari, brushetta, grilled cheese with tomato and pesto, ribs, lobster and more.

I can’t wait to go back for lunch or dinner with friends or the hubs real soon! (My husband was pretty disappointed that I didn’t bring home any clam cakes for him.)

Find Finn’s Harborside at 38 Water Street in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
