The Cozy Cafe In Scituate For Delicious Coffee, Cinnamon Buns, And Sandwiches
This delightful cafe on Danielson Pike in Scituate has been quietly winning over folks — including my stylist at Studio B Salon in Warwick — for the past few years, especially since brand-y new owners took the reins a while back.
Go to Cold Brook Cafe for coffee with friends and stay for the delectable baked goods and pastries. Look and you’ll find beaucoup five star reviews singing the praises of their cinnamon rolls.
Everything’s made fresh in house (how many places can say THAT these days) and regulars go gaga over their breakfast sandwiches (goat cheese and avo on an English muffin for one), paninis, wraps, and pancakes.
The ambiance is very your favorite grandma’s house meets friendly hug from someone in your inner circle who always offers homemade cookies or pound cake when you go to his/her house for an in-person catch-up.
They even have gluten-free eats, in case you were wondering. (We get that question a lot.)
For a casual breakfast, light bite, or quick lunch, this picturesque eatery is open til 2pm most days. (Think their Sunday hours are 8am to 1pm. Wouldn’t want you motoring over at 1:15 on a Sunday and winding up disappointed.)
