The Other Day On The Waterfront In Warren, Rhode Island

Catch Flights, Not Feelings

Ice Cream Flights, that is…

Okay, I knew that The Wright Scoop had an adorable airstream style trailer on the waterfront in Warren (right near Blount’s Clam Shack, another must visit) but had no clue that they offered minis and ICE CREAM FLIGHTS.

Now, that’s my kinda flight, lol, especially during the summer months. (Can’t think of a better time to treat myself to the best of what Rhode Island has to offer as far as ice cream and such.)

We were there the other day and it was busy, so many folks lined up for cones or sundaes.

And the views of the water are fab!

Then I spotted their menu and realized I could dip into 4 flavors without having to order 4 ginormous servings. What a plus!

This would also be perfect for the kiddos or to split with your significant other.

Their menu has a ton of flavors to choose from, too, including Classics (coffee, vanilla, chocolate), Rotating Flavors like Nutella and Oreo Cheesecake (updated monthly), and Limited Batch like Raspberry Ripple and Peppermint (available for a short period of time).

I had a tough time deciding on my four, finally going with the Unicorn 🦄 (a fun-tastic vanilla with Funfetti cookie pieces, sprinkles and purple swirls), Strawberry Sorbet (a cool berry breeze on a humid August day), Coffee Oatmeal Cookie (a yummy i.c. from the rotating list), and Vanilla (a cool classic).

If you’ve never been, then a little Rhode trip this month is just the thing to brighten your day.

PS — They are seasonal, so I am guessing that they are there until September only? You may want to inquire for a specific end date when you go.

Find The Wright Scoop at 355 Water Street in Warren, Rhode Island.
