There's A Tasting Party Going On At Whole Foods Market & You'll Want To Be There
Looking for something festive, and foodie(ish) to do this weekend? With a fun Holiday party vibe?
I've got just the thing, and it's called A Taste Of Whole Foods Market. This Saturday and Sunday at their Cranston and PVD locations from 11am to 3pm, you're invited to sample absolutely delish foods, from classic dinner dishes (like my personal favs mashed potatoes and green beans) to sweets like pecan pie (We were smitten!) and panettonne (Another winner we adored.). You'll even find minis of the delightful Allegro Holiday coffee of the month too. I live for java, the cups were the cutest too! (Check out the photo below.).
Also, it has everything we love about gatherings this time of year (including live music...the day we were there last weekend there was a kewl keyboard player) and none of what we don't. By that, I mean no cooking or clean up on your part, or stressing over guest lists for that matter. Really, all you have to do is show up and enjoy. Easy, peasy. In other words, brunch plans made.
In addition to everything else, we also sampled some of their donuts, which caused quite a stir in my news feed when they first appeared at their Garden City, Cranston location last winter. I had friends posting about it who were over the moon. Because...well, DONUTS!
Next it was on to the cookie and coffee bars (One their baristas got me hooked on their Ginger Tumeric Chai with hemp milk recently and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a new spin on your usual drink order. If you want more of classic options, there's always hot chocoloate with whipped or of course one of their many coffee based beverages.) and the flowers and plants where we found some gorgeous gift options (True story, a week or so ago, I picked up a lovely little tabletop tree for my mom since her main Christmas tree is an artificial one this year. She got such a kick out of it!).
In the meantime, peep the photo diary below by Stacey Doyle for a few more highlights. (PS - This is a #sponsored post for Whole Foods Market RI.)
