Fan Of Netflix's The Queen's Gambit? This RI Singer & Songwriter Has A Tune For You

I just finished The Queen’s Gambit on Netflix...and I need more!  

So a chess rabbit hole opened up, and now I’m going bonkers reading about Bobby Fischer and the Russian chess culture.  

Nerdy, right?  

Anyway, turns out I wrote a song that predicted my dive down the rabbit hole.  

Call me Nostradamus. (Wait, was he Russian?)

My song’s about a Russian doctor named Maxim.

He lives a lonely life. When he's not tending to patients, he quietly plays chess, alone, dreaming.  

Kind of like me, except I’m not Russian, or a doctor, or a chess player, and thankfully not lonely.  

Other than that...
