We Finally Made It Over To This Marvelous Coffeehouse In Narragansett
Our igloo reservation for yesterday afternoon fell thru, but I’m not mad because we ended up at a great little cafe in Gansett that’s walking distance from Ocean Road.
Open for about a year, The Pour House is a sunny, friendly and super clean space in Pier Market Place for coffee and tea drinks, breakfast or brunch sandwiches, waffles, and other casual eats. (Side bar, hats off to anyone starting a business during all of this!)
The owners and staff treated us like we were old friends or at the very least, regulars.
Speaking of which, there was a repeat customer there digging into a plate of waffles while we were waiting for our to-go order.
Also love that you can get an egg or Just Egg (a plant based sub) bagel sandwich.
Whether you eat meat and/or dairy free exclusively or you’re just curious about it, it is nice to have the options, ya know?
Rarely do I order an iced beverage in January but gotta say that their maple latte on ice was terrific!
We also devoured our bagel and egg sammies in no time flat, delicious and not at all soggy or greasy. Absolutely no eaters remorse!
And before I forget, they have this wall called “The Dog House” where they have put up photos of everyone’s pups. (Awwwwwww!!!)
Find The Pour House at 3 Pier Market Place in Gansett. (They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays btw.)
