I originally stumbled on Junk & Java in Westerly two winters ago when I was laser focused on finding places with outdoor seating, heaters, and so on.

Well, we went back again and I’m happy to report that their side patio space is looking better then ever.

The interior reminds me a whole heck of a lot of Monica’s apartment on the tv show Friends.

We just love ❤️ their baked-on-the-premises muffins and other nibbles, coffees, and hot chocolate.

You’ll also want to grab some of their signature merch before you leave, too.

It’s the perfect excuse for a little excursion to the town of Westerly this month.

You can scope out some of the local holiday flair and grab a hot drink (I’ll never understand people who insist on drinking coffee on ice during the winter) and a nosh at this popular coffeehouse.
