The New Coffee Shop In Cranston That Everyone's Checking In From
Have You Heard?
Absolutely everyone’s buzzing about this brand-y new family owned coffee shop in the Rolfe Square section of Cranston.
The space itself is delightfully colorful and welcoming.
Just LOVELY!
The Frida Kahlo mural on the back wall is stunning. (Just rewatched the early aughts film in which Salma Hayek played Frida and highly encourage you to do the same.)
Also, by the time you read THIS, the hubs will have brought me home a breakfast sandwich (trust me, the cheese pull is epic) and coffee from Cafe Ava. (Can I just say TAKEOUT because irl I’m taking a sick day?)
And in true Rhode Island fashion, a great friend of my sister’s is in fact friends with one of the owners.
But I digress…
Regulars adore latin coffee drinks like their Horchata Latte, made with cinnamon and vanilla, and their — and this is MAJOR — baked-in-house sweets such as their carrot cake and almond loaf. (I’m eating the carrot cake rn and it melts in your mouth, yummmmmm.)
Again, the interior is so beautifully styled that you can’t help but want to snap dozens of photos or film yourself ordering a bunch of hot drinks.
The owners Andrea and Derek are terrific, too.
Don’t sleep on this one, folks!
Cafe Ava is located at 48B Rolfe Square in Cranston, Rhode Island.
As always if you go after reading THIS, please let them know you were inspired by Patty J and PattyJ.com.
PS AND BTW — Watch for my REEL spotlighting them later this week, wink.
