The Beautiful New Cafe On Atwells Avenue For Coffee, Macarons, Martinis, And More
Their tag line is “Embrace Your Inner Goddess,” and this places looks absolutely GORGEOUS, like somewhere out of a dream, a movie or both.
Dare I say there’s no place else like it in the whole entire state. (I can’t think of anywhere else locally that holds a candle to it.)
Yes, the brand-y NEW Cafe Italia opened this week on Atwells Avenue with cafe service from 6:30am (early birds, take note) to 2pm.
Then from 6pm (sleep later birds, take note) to 1am you can go to grab some sips with your significant other, inner circle, or perhaps both.
Listen up because Cafe Italia is a WORK OF ART and you’ll want to get there before it gets overrun with food bloggers and your online frenemies or co-workers who (believe you me) will be checking in and posting beaucoup photos and such in the not-too-distant future.
I say this because from what I’ve seen from folks on social, it is nothing less than stunning…with a muted color palette (based in light purples with some pink and white accents) and what appears to be Sistine Chapel inspired murals on the ceiling (you know what they say, remember to look UP).
There are also nods to the Renaissance and mythology throughout, too. (See images above including a Pegasus horse statue.)
This place is a superb destination for coffee and catching up with friends.
Or take your beloved tonight for a few ‘tinis before or after din din.
Anyone you take will be impressed by the establishment — and your great taste (also: you having your finger on the pulse of the c-i-t-y, etc.).
