A Delicious, Diner Style Restaurant In Cumberland For Breakfast And Lunch
We’ve been exploring Cumberland over the last few years, and in addition to faves like The Flower Shack & The Modern Farmhouse, Diamond Hill Vineyards, and The Ice Cream Machine, I have another spot to add to your itinerary this Spring and Summer.
Eggs Up is a family-owned, diner-style eatery for breakfast and lunch that you won’t wanna hit snooze on.
Their much-loved homefries are made from a family recipe that’s been passed down for decades. (The potatoes are chopped, boiled, seasoned, and then finally, grilled to perfection.)
There are so many comfort foods that regulars rave about including their escarole soup, the club sandwiches and (of course) burgers.
When it comes to breakfast, the options are plentiful. We’re talking omelets, Benedicts, pancakes, and many more American classics.
You might have to wait for a table (some mornings the lines are indeed out the door…wear your comfortable shoes), but believe you me, it’s soooo worth it.
The portions are generous, the staff is on point (they make the rounds, making sure your coffee cup is never empty which I heart ♥️) and the whole entire space is squeaky clean.
It’s not fancy but it is fab for a super cas (casual) meal this szn.
Find Eggs Up at 2378 Mendon Road in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
