We Went To West Greenwich To Try This New Ice Cream Shop
Got a soft spot for soft serve? How about sundaes, Italian ice and gelato?
I really like to ramp up the ice cream this time of year, and am forever on the lookout for new shoppes to add to my local rotation. So, when I found out about The Frosty Owl (they just opened this week in West Greenwich), just knew I had to get the scoop.
In addition to being darling (check out the porch complete with rocking chairs, the owl mural, and the patio) they have an entensive menu of sweet treats from hard ice cream and soft serve to creamy shakes, creative sundaes, colorful cone combinations, and even dairy free refreshments.
I got the cake batter flavor (in the “Little Owl” or kiddie size) and Tom opted for the chocolate pb swirl. Both were splurge-worthy and we enjoyed every last spoonful.
Who says you need to travel to the Italy this summer to have FUN?
Grab some gelato or Italian ice in the WG and enjoy the tranquility of this sweet Rhody town.
Hopefully you can grab one of those rocking chairs on the porch because that’s a picture perfect way to spend some time around these parts during the late spring and summer. (And the sun ☀️ just came out as I’m typing this, so HOORAY!)
Find The Frosty Owl at 75 Division Street in West Greenwich, Rhode Island.
