The Providence Pizzeria For Amazing Pies And Soft Serve Ice Cream

We went back to Pizza Marvin in Fox Point the other day, and guess what?

I have converted Tom into a SUPER fan now, too.

We are not alone on this, tons of locals and visitors say that this is the yummiest pizza around.

Their classic CHEESE is a scrumptious melody of flavorful sauce, cheese (they don’t glob on the cheese which I for one appreciate), and fresh basil on top. Perfectly cooked and we got our order in about 20 minutes.

The crust is on the thiner side (for those who are not fond of deep dish versions) and crunchy at the edges, as it should be.

I also had a soft serve (this time it was a banana, tahini, and chocolate, the one above was a STRAWBERRY with choc crispies). Kinda of a splurge but not sorry. Tasty without being overly filling. No ice-cream-eater’s remorse here.

In the mild weather, folks take it outside (AL fresco) and it really is hopping near that George M. Cohan Memorial (Give My Regards to…Wickenden Street).

Regulars go gaga over their Burrata, Roni Island and the vegan pies.

Please don’t sleep on that soft serve. It truly is one of the yummiest in the entire state of Rhode Island.

Also, remind your foodie friends that the Chef (co-owner) Robert Andreozzi was a semi-finalist for the 2023 James Beard Awards.

Find Pizza Marvin at 468 Wickenden Street in Providence, Rhode Island.
