The Stuffed Cookies At This Lincoln Bakery That Everyone's Talking About

Everything at this family run bakery in Lincoln is yummy, but today I really want to spotlight their scrumptious STUFFED COOKIES.

The first time we popped in, they had three (3) different kinds — Peanut Butter, S’Mores, and Chocolate Chip Nutella.

It was a tough decision, but I finally settled on a S’Mores, per the suggestion of the the gentleman behind the counter (the owner’s dad, who possesses a real talent for connecting the people that walk thru the door with just the right baked goods or sweet for that particular moment in their lives…I say this as someone who was a manager at Nordstrom Providence for 13+ years).

The question is…how did I go this long without sampling these truly outstanding and generously sized cookies?

First off, go ahead and get yours heated.

Second, the taste experience is multi-layered and so special that I simply cannot put it into words: The chocolate, the marshmallow, and every single bite is WARM?!?!

Woah!

Again, a single cookie is big enough to split with your significant other, bestie or fave food blogger.

That being said, I practically inhaled the whole entire cookie all on my own, and I don’t regret it one bit.

To quote Andy Cohen, with all due these are the cookies in Rhode Island that folks should be lining up for right now.
